Terms & Conditions:

  1. Checkin time is 2:00 P.M. EST. Early checkin is allowed based on availability of requested room.
  2. Customer checking in late after 9:00 p.m. is requested to contact office by phone as soon as possible on the day of arrival.
  3. Checkout time is 11:00 A.M EST.
  4. To make a reservation, Credit Card (Visa,Master,Amex, Discover ) is required to book or hold the guestroom
  5. Cancellation of reservation requires 72 hours advance notice before the day of arrival during normal days. During holiday weekends, advance notice of 7 days is required
  6. Cancellation of reservation or changes occurring within 72 hours of the day of check-in are subject to a minimum of one night room charges per each reserved room or $25 administrative fee whichever is applicable. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a full 100% charge of all the reserved rooms.
  7. All rates are based on single or double occupancy per night. There will be extra charge of upto $10 per night for each additonal guests (Maximum of 4 guests allowed in a guestroom)
  8. Pets are allowed in designated rooms only, for an extra charge of $10 to $15 per pet per night. Pet must be accompanied by guest all the time.
  9. Pet information must be disclosed by customer, while making a reservation request. Customer must register their pet at the time of registration and must keep it leash all the time during the stay. Customer can not leave pet alone in the guestroom anytime.
